Partner Training

Grab a buddy and share the fun of fitness. Your one hour of partner training will consist of cardio vascular training and partner-centric exercises that build core and full body strength. Each person receives:

  • Nutrition Coaching
  • Six one-hour partner-training sessions
Small Group Training

Small Group Fitness Training contributes to your fitness goals by providing structure, accountability, and motivation. Janet limits the number of participants in each program session so that you'll receive personalized attention and build camaraderie with fellow members. You'll receive nutrition and exercise challenges each week to keep you on track to achieving your health & fitness goals, as well as a journal to record challenges and activity. You'll also earn points for completed challenges and compete against each other to win a prize at the end of your respective program.

Boot Camp

Come find out why boot camp is one of the MOST EFFICIENT and hottest exercise programs for BURNING MAXIMUM CALORIES in the least amount of time. Lose weight and have fun while Drill Sergeant Janet leads you through an athletic- based workout designed to burn maximum calories and rev up your metabolism. You'll also receive nutrition and exercise challenges to keep you on track to meeting your health and fitness goals.

Full Body Fat Blast Program

Burn mega calories and zap the fat while working every muscle in your body.

This 8-week program incorporates weights, cable machines, and cardio to give you a full body workout that will help you tone up, lose weight and zap that dreaded spare tire and annoying jiggle in the middle!

On top of a great workout, you'll also receive nutrition and exercise challenges to keep you on track to meeting your health and fitness goals.
