Fitness for Teens

Like adults, teen obesity levels are at an all-time high. It’s a passion of mine to promote a healthy lifestyle and exercise to our nation’s youth; as a fitness expert, I consider it my duty. Whether your teen is training to get into shape for a particular sport or they simply want to lose excess pounds and improve their overall fitness, NOW is the time to sign up for one of my fitness for teens training programs.

My fitness programs help empower, boost self-confidence and enhance your teen’s socialization abilities. When teens find the power within themselves physically, they tend to blossom in all aspects of their lives. My positive motivation, high-energy total body workout helps promote a lifetime desire for physical fitness.

Every teen experiences success regardless of his or her athletic ability. My first step in working with teens is helping them develop a new positive attitude toward getting fit. I'm determined to make it cool to take care of your body; to help make exercise become a way of life! My workouts are moderated to all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
Fitness for Teens: COOL2BFIT
Teenagers ages 14-18 will have fun and learn about fitness and nutrition in this eight-week program. We'll break out all the cool equipment (BOSU, resistance bands, bodybars, medicine balls, etc.), mixing various athletic-based exercises and cardio together for a complete fitness program that includes nutrition coaching.
The eight-week program is limited to four teens.
